Besides timezone conversions (for which I'm coding a simple solution which shall forever solve all problems of miscalculations - I'll post link when it's done) there's the problem of understanding things like what "12pm" means - it's not always clear for someone who's lived in 24h time all his life ...

Same goes for me - my shaman needs MLexp to reach ML3, then I could consider running a raid unless someone else does it...

Note that the raid isn't really "closed", anyone from any guild can join - the limit is max 2fg of people who need the group steps, as otherwise we'll have to wait too much for respawns.
