the best i can do is to say close all the backround programs and such, ithe best speed i've gotten is anywhere from 20-50kb/sec... another thing you might want to do is try opening ports(assuming your using a router and all)... the ports which i opened to make it dl fast were 6881-6999, 3724, and 61...
