I've done them all to 200-300, except for smithing. Smithing is pretty decent, but like most skills where you craft arms and armor, the amount of good, useable items is very limited because you can almost always get something better as a quest reward or boss drop from an instance. Same goes for tail...

Cosmos isn't banned. Some of the features may not work anymore, but Blizzard has encouraged and allowed the use of custom user interfaces. As far swapping out your equipment, that won't matter because all items in your inventory with a durability rating, worn or not, suffer the durability hit when y...

The biggest problem is the shitty netcode that selectively and randomly keeps objects (players, monsters, world items) from drawing on your screen. It's Blizzard's effort to keep your client from being overloaded by having to calculate locations of items and draw them on your screen, but it's horrib...

Shamans are definitely a finesse class that require a lot of skill to play correctly (which is why I don't play one).

Good shamans are invaluable in PvE and PvP.

Don't waste your time on the PVE server, unless you really just don't care for PvP. Once you hit 60 and all you have left to do on the carebear server is farm loot, you'll be sorry you didn't just start on the PvP server to begin with. There's been a steady influx of people migrating from the PvE se...

Dual wield just aint that great for a warrior with the atrocious miss chance, and no talents to improve it. The only time I use it is when I want to skill up two 1H weaps at the same time. For PVP, it's all about DPS, and right now that means a SLOW 2H weapon. Slow, because you can use Mortal Strike...

Re: My feelings on WoW

Well I was playing today on my hunter that I am trying out and I started thinking about WoW and its good and bad points. Graphically WoW is very beautiful and this is coming from someone who really hated the graphics at first. I find myself saying OMG how beautiful this is alot. I really enjoy the ...

The PvP is and will always be shit. There is no way Blizzard can balance out PvP without taking away some of the class defining abilities. A good example of this is the insta cast fear that priests get. I will NOT be playing on a PvP server. My warrior is level 43 now and I can't even beat a priest...

Personally, I don't think PvP sucks right now. The fights are fun and fairly strategic. But, it is pretty raw still in that there are no rewards and there needs to be some tweaking regaring class balance, but that doesn't mean it's not fun. BTW, in the last patch, they addressed the chain CC issues ...

I haven't played in about a month. Something about doing all the quests again for the 10th time has kinda killed it for me.

Hopefully next push I will be able to play some of my older characters instead of starting from scratch again.

P.S. This forum should be called World (not Worlds) :D

This far in the beta?

Beta started yesterday. Yes, I'm sure there's lots of work to be done. Who knows, PvP might suck, but there's no way to know right now.
