a simple blood test will tell if you where high or not, weed stays in your system (IMO it stick in your system longer with STICKER weed, just my opinion) for up to 3 months. First time non violent offenders(a.k.a. That blood test will tell if they smoked recently.... like within a month or more. So your saying it will be illegal to drive as long as there is pot in your system? So you smoke weed and you gotta wait a month or more before you can drive legally? I dont think so.
