Don't have a site, but...

Um, off the top of my head
Case
-PSU if not included
-Fans if not included
Mobo
CPU
Heatsink/Fan if planning on overclocking
Video Card
RAM
Hard Drives
Other Drives
Sound card if you want, only real choice is Audigy 2 ZS
Mebbe a network card if there's not one on the mobo, but any good mobo has a good network interface
That's about it...
Accessories such as rounded cables and such if you want
Monitor, keyboard, mouse, speakers and such if you need them

be careful when you build a computer for the first time. best thing is to do it with someone knows how. you can damage the equipement fairly easily if you dont know what you are doing from

static electricity
bending pins
plugging in IDE cables backwards

worst ive ever done is fry a 1.44" floppy drive but ive heard stories of people frying much more expensive shit

I fried my mobo when i tried to put together my last comp by myself.

Newegg replaced what I fried and I put it together correctly the second time.

Meh, it's really not very hard. I put together my first computer without any help, biggest problem was freaking out when I had it all together and it wasn't booting because the PSU switch wasn't on :P Most manuals you find these days are very descriptive, and it's pretty intuitive anyhow. But, if you wanna play it safe, you can always find somebody who's built a computer before to help.

If by very descriptive you mean broken translations in english, spanish, and french.
