It basically means that he's a tool, and has no clue what he's talking about. Mez'd 3 times? the battle would have had to last over 6 min for that. And a battle bard spec usually goes more nuture, at least I would. Who cares about mez when every other bard in the realm has it. Its just a big heaping pile of horse shit pouring from that no-talent ass clown who most likely got that toon from some l33t schmuck on E-bay.
