The primary difference between adsl and sdsl is the Upload rate. Unless you like to upload files to people alot, adsl is a better choice.
Adsl typically has a much higher download cap than SDSL, but the upload is crippled. Thats absolutely 100% fine with games and downloading things, cause upload is hardly ever used. However, if you are uploading something, you can download at only a fraction of the rate you normally do.
SDSL eliminates the "oneway"-ness of ADSL, but typically at a lower download rate (ie 45/45 sdsl vs 120/16 adsl).
