After hearing about interest in setting up a BWC betting pool for football, i wanted to add some thoughts. I'd say the "line" we use is the Glantz/Culver line. It's used by Yahoo and other sites for there lines. There updated hourly as far as injuries and such. If someone has another suggestion for a line....speak up.

Next thing is we should probably have a "card", instead of individual bets. Individual bets can be done one on one. So those turds from Raider nation, who only want to bet on Da Raida's, will find a taker for that bet. BWC Casino will not be responsible for those bets. Just a thought.

I think everyone has played a card before. You get a list of the teams playing on Sunday, appropriate spreads, and O/U. Whether we want to add O/U to our play, or use it as a second card....is up to you. Anyway's, the person with the most wins against the spread will win the Pot O Gold.

I know i'm forgetting a few things, so i'll add them later. But please send imput. I just wanted to get the ball rolling. Thx.

I'm sure Barbo's, Law, and whoever wants to help, can set up a "poll" like system to where the weeks games and CURRENT spread can be easily picked by people. Cut off dates should be established for "locked spreads. That way, no one gets screwed because of injuries or DL reports.

Is 50 gold per person ok with everyone? Or should it be 100?
If we get 10 peeps at 50, prize money=500g, or 10 peeps at 100=1p.

Please give feedback. The prize money is good either way, but i dont want to bust anyone's bank either. 50 gold shouldn't be too hard to make up with an hour of farming.
