So I have this new (welcome to the team fuck you very much 1200-2030 noob shift) and catch up on my RL news. I found this story on the new budget in the SF Chronicle. Mind you this papers admittedly a liberal piece of 'warped reason' but there are some fundamental fuck-ups in this budget if this ararticl even scrapes reality. Here -

This I'm cool with. Get rid of fucking mis-managed programs that have little results. Trimming the fat is needed in front line mngmt any where. When the need takes center stage someone will correct it.
"He leaves out key issues that are actually farther up on his agenda, such as Social Security reform, tax reform and the obvious costs associated with the ongoing operations in Iraq and Afghanistan."
Social Security reform would be partialy independent; so you don't need to add it?
