Yea Dawn of Light Project has come pretty far.

They have most Major DAOC features like combat, Npc, Item Databases etc...

Give it another Year and tehy will have a 100% working shard.

ok i got it to work, how do i make it show up in english instead of gibberish?

i'm still getting access violation how did you get yours to work?

not really sure... i put a file called patch, and some other one i downloaded then ran daoc.exe which then it auto connected to there servers and patched the game to work.

then just used the luancher.
