Guild invite for Forgiven

Forgiven is now almost lvl 51 [was told to freshen his post once 50 and he did (under Membership and Access)] and has the backing of several members.
Can we go ahead and get him an invite now, or?

Kim, Forgiven has been posted about several times and played with several of our core members not just Rhia. Everyone has given him great endorsements. If we can invite a whole guild with many people that we dont know we can certainly invite 1 person who is endorsed by several core members.

But seriously, Im sick of the complaints of this and of that.
A big cleanout will happen in the next month or 2, and we'll see how PVP shapes up.
