Xark developed it, it's called levelng your toon on the BWC boards. Poor Xark he is so deperate someone explain to him that these boards are for guild/public communications not leveling a post toon.
Perhaps Barbos which Xark refers to as the "game master" can explain the terms of this board to Xark?

Barbos should implement a reputation system. Every time someone posts something insightful you can give them a vote of good reputation, everytime someone pharms a post you can give them bad reputation. I've seen it on other boards. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesnt.

They've got crap out where you gain experience by posting and stuff...
I've thought about it... but I don't think that many people really want a farm-fest
