to be fair, we had our fair share of drama too, but mostly it was b/c of a certain person who was kind of a cyberslut causing major drama.

I didn't know Phillll played on Lance?

No. No. Morningblade is his own, gay ass self. I'm just a normal guy from Merlin with an odd porn addicton.

Actually, I had you pegged as the Cyberslut causing the major drama.

BTW, why'd you change your webcam address? So many lonely nights now.

I wouldn't mind a shared leadership and larger fun guild of people we know.

I fear that the same thing will happen in Warhammer that happened in WoW everyone invites their RL friends and sisters mother-in-laws to the guild and all of a sudden the guild is full of dumbasses and people that don't really fit with the guild. One of the reasons our guild was so good back in DAoC was that we were really strict about adding new members and only added people that really fit in the guild.

yea, i dunno, just throwing that out.

the way cyce used to deal with people who didn't at least meet pvp competency was a

/gkick <dumbass>
/t <dumbass> sorry, you suck.

not quite as dramatic as

/stealth
/gkick <dumbass>
/PA-CD <dumbass>
/loot coin

(and yea.. i don't think i'd be anything more than an officer in this guild).

Hehe I know alot of you think in terms of uber pvp skills. But I think its also important that they enjoy poking chodes and abusing sheep. I just like crazy ass band of misfits we have accumulated... and to me maintaining that level of insanity is just as crucial to the well being of this guild.

WoW was a friends know friends/casual guild that had no structure. To run an effective PvP/PVE Guild you need structure and that means stepping on a few toes and putting people in-line sometimes. I think if your serious about running an effective guild you need to create a core of players before hand who are dedicated to the game and themselfs/guild and have set playtimes. That's your basic structure, Having those dedicated people play the required classes to make a functional/effective group for PVE raiding/ or PVP. Every good guild that dominates every server is structured around that.

Your casual/friends are what comes next they fill in holes where you Core members are not online. After that are Recruits/monkeys and whatnot. The key to making a sucessful guild is having that CORE dedicated to the guild and not themselfs or little billy they invited. Sometimes a few CORE members will bounce cause little billy got Donkey Punched for being a twat in guild but if your running a Top Raiding/PvP Guild finding Core people are not hard to find and easly replaced. It's also important to make someone trustworthy the GM, and rest core officers, putting Core members with equal positions of power is only asking for trouble specially when little billy is involved.

I love making new friends and getting to know new people so finding people that match my harcore gaming style is pretty easy. If we are just running a casual/Zerg guild it will be nothing I will want to be apart of End-game. The reason being is we would never be more then a stepping stone guild. I'm sure most of you know what I'm talking about, people who use a guild to get ahead then Quit to find the "best" End-Game Guild they can find. If were running casual/friendly were not doing end-game and most likely we will never be structured to achieve. That's why WoW/DAOC failed. Sorry soo long :D

Yah as I stated before im going to be all in for this one. I have come to the point where Daoc for me is just over the hill and it doesnt seem to be going anywhere.

The ups and downs are way to often and when your on bad side of a patch or the opposing realm has the relics no one RvRs anymore they just sit at the keep and bitch. Losing key people to other games doesnt help.

So I am going to try lance hib for a bit until they release WAR and im going to go all for it and make whatever class is needed the most probably a healer type.
Liader Ventura 49 level Cleric Holy Rollers Lamorak
Liader Ventura 50 level Skald BWC RR9 now
Sateo Corleone 50 level Shaman still a bot
Savaneh 50 level Spiritmaster
Akazuken on many servers just pimp on one.
Lets have a sexy party!!!
