I have about 5000 points worth of WHFB Dwarfs and I also play 40k. I fact, I played in the Baltimore Gamesday 40k tournament and placed a blisteringly awesome 65th out of 80.

I live in Milwaukee and we had GenCon, so I got to see the 30yr old tabletop freaks come out of their mom's basements once a year.
I was too busy roleplaying in the bars and scoring in bed then tossing around a few dice on tabletops. Thank the heavens for THAT!

Several years ago I owned two 5k armies, High Elves and Wood Elves.
A few months ago I bought a 2k Witch Hunter army but sold it a couple months later when none of my buddies had the time to play.
There's a few ways the tabletop versions are more fun than their MMO counterpart.

Use to play WH40k. Had a 2k Black Templare Space Marine army but sold it cause there wasn't any of the fellas wanting to play the game anymore. Kinda sad cause we had spent alot of time on building a cool play board but i guess thats just the way things go.
