The encounter is not that hard, if im not on and Samut is up, plz plz try to get a group and get your erinys charm... i dont mind helping but dont ask me every single time to lead it for you... i wrote up a how to do erinys charm here, just for you guys... it is very easy to do... you came, you saw, and now you know...
i do this with 1 fg only... well we have 2 bots at the volc haven group consist of 1 shammies, 2 healer, 2 tanks [1 must be a shield tank], 2 sm[pbae][ML9 PREFERED], 1 runie [me]...
there are 6 total names you need to kill, 2 are caster types and 4 are melee types... the melee ones are camped together and caster types near the bridge to scalars...
start with the melee camps, a shield warrior can hold 3 melee names easily, each time i pulled a camp i would get a name and 2 adds... we would kill the 2 adds and let the shield tank engage the NAME mob... do this to 3 melee camps and when the adds are dead, kill the 3 names fast as possible to start the timer...
it takes about 1-2 minutes to kill the 3 names... then we move to the last melee camp, ill ns the mob in the tent and the NAME and his 2 adds will come... kill adds, then the name... 14 minutes left
btw, each tent has a doorway somewhere, you can NS every single tent, SO NO BODY PULLING WITH 50 adds
then i move to taharge or whatever that caster name is, ill let my group stay in the vally and ns pull him and run to my group.. the name and 2 adds will chase me to the group.. kill 2 adds and their pets and the name... 10 minutes left
the last casting one is setau, he has a mean lifetap, i would NS and run lik emad pass my group, my group kills the add and the tank get the name aggro, i would come back and help kill the adds and setau...
8 minutes left, get the charms to the SE of the camp by the edge of the lava... SAMUT is on the small island... btw, you pick up the charms by right clicking it when each name mob dies... when you have all 6 charms and at SAMUT, the charms will go to its rightful place and SAMUT will teleport to your side, we would kite Samut back to HAVEN, we would follow the lava line to the bridge, across then toward the Haven...
some of us will die a few times cause of the nasty lifetap, but get a good runie with ns to hit samut with it and sprint run... he will chase for a while and when he turns around, try to ns at max range and haul ass! go to the south exit of the haven, and buff Warrior Lanaard [NPC]
let lanaard get Samut to 5% and let him die, try to fight at the piller, so another lanaard wont intervine
at 5% get everyone on SAMUT, ML9 the pets dmg add everyone... and thats how you do it with 1fg
