do YOU know how to UI?

so anyone here now how to tweak their UI? after pvping there are 2 things i really want. i want to map dots that correspond to your party to be color coded! that way if they are spread out you can see who is where. or maybe have the dot blink if the person is taking damage. another thing i need is a UI for Warriors called "Leashed!" this should give them a warning as soon as they move out of flash heal range of their priest! can anyone make these?
