Either way we are a gaming guild we SHOULD play together if not then there is no reason to be BWC anymore and I would hate to see that. But people like sirion and other BWC loosers we picked up need to be cleaned out cause they are dragging this guild into the toilet. I'm going to take a week and cool off this really has upset me. I have had such a positive experiance until now.
When I get back expect to see changes either way.
Your sheer ignorance alone suggests you shouldn't even be remotely considered leadership material.
1) Every "BWC looser we picked up" that has said they are interested in Alb instead of Mid, has been a part of BWC longer than you have. And has been a far more faithful member to BWC than you have. So "we" didn't pick up anyone, because you weren't even here to be counted among "us" in the first place.
2) Just because a few people decided that they would like to put some of their time into a different realm doesn't make them losers, that right there, is where your entire arguement breaks down miserably, and you start to make yourself look like an asshat on some sort of powertrip.
3) If it was a vast majority of people that wanted to play Mid over the other two realms, and I'm talking vast, like 75-80%+ Mid vs Hib AND Alb, then you have might have a point, if it was a single server. In that case, yeah it's better to just suck it up and play with your friends. But the bottom line here is that on the only voting thread that's been made 50% of the people that voted wanted to go Mid, and 50% of the people that voted didn't want to go Mid. Not to mention the fact that there are two servers to pick from, so the whole crybaby tantrum you threw in the first place was totally out of line as your entire arguement is moot, since people can easily play with BWC as casual gamers and play their mains on other realms as they see fit.
4) My original intention, when I first posted in the private forums that I was going to make an Alb for a main and a Mid as an alt, was just to inform people that I wouldn't be around as much in DAoC on the new server as I was before WoW came out. A few people liked the sound of Alb over Mid, the rest is hissyfit history.
5) I think the funniest thing about this whole arguement you are trying to pitch here, is that most of the BWC losers you are referring to, have been guilded longer than you, and most of them have officer status. I admire your diehard resolve to something once you set your mind on it, but to deny other players the chance to play something they would enjoy more just shows your utter lack of respect for them. If you cared about your guildmates, you would be happy you fielded your desired 8man gank squad (the whole thing you are advocating in other threads in the first place) and would shut the hell up happily at the prospect of everyone else dropping in casually to game and chit-chat, even if they aren't going to be playing Mid with you fulltime.
6) It doesn't matter how this arguement goes, or how many people are pissed off about it; I say, we play Mid on one server as a cohesive guild, and Albs and Hibs on the other server, as the people see fit. That way, noone can bitch, and everyone can shut their damned mouths and be happy.
It's all about the enjoyment factor. Sorry, but I've played every Mid class that interested me in the four years I was on Merlin, so I think I'll spend some time in a realm that might just be new and different enough for me to enjoy my time in this game for more than 2 weeks. Anyone that wants to do the same feel free; however, I do think that it's foolish to let egos get too big and do this crap where we all roll on the same server. Sorry, but I liked talking to and playing with, many people in BWC that I haven't gotten to play with in a long time, and I would prefer to not kill the chance I have to play with them again. So whichever server BWC decides to play Mid on, I will be rolling Mid on, and I will be playing Alb on the other server. As much as I would love to grief Mr. Internet Toughguy's proposed gank group, I would greatly prefer being able to talk to, and play with old friends in game if I so choose.
In closing, I <3 you all. And I still haven't seen Batman Begins yet; however, I think that I've heard enough good things about it at this point to get me over the fear of terrible Batman movies that all of the previous ones gave me.
