Maybe last night wasn't representative of our final makeup, but we are woefully tank shy. There wasn't a single tank on last night.

This is again a light tanks game. Especially for alb on our server.

Alb has only have 20% of the server population. We won't have the zerg like albion generally needs to compete. I expect our realm to be victimized by mids and hibs. Thats cool, but keep in mind the alb zerg won't exist.

The TOA % range, cast speed, etc bonuses are no more. There are no more power fonts for clerics, making taking a defended keep very difficult without clearly superior numbers that we won't have.

Determination just got a big boost from Mythic, making CC versus tanks in open field less effective.

Plus, with a few exceptions, tank groups have been the power in open field small group fights for a long time.

So it's cool that everyone is playing what sounds fun, but I'm predicting if we all set out into the frontiers as soft targets, those mid and hib 8mans are going to rip us up easily. We need more Mercs, Reavers, and Palidans. People were making the comparison to us being like a Merlin "TG" group, but keep in mind that TG usually had a big ass alb zerg at their back. =P

I'm going to level up a cleric, because I think we'll be short of non-bot clerics too, and after I get that levelled, I'll either make a sorc or a merc depending on whats needed. Probably Merc.

I had originally planned to make a sorc/cleric combo but seeing how we are low on tanks I can make a merc/cleric combo to be used on the battlefield.

On a couple of exceptions.

1. Not everyone drops what they are doing to make mercs as we will then be unbalanced again. We need to determine who will be what now so we can all plan appropriately.

2. I find it extremely hard to find groups maybe its the time I log in so I will prolly do a cleric/necro combo then pl me a merc with the necro or is it possible to do a necro/merc combo?

Well we need to start getting some groups going the faster we level TOGETHER the faster we get the levels and get to rvring. I plan on only playing the necro when no one is on or no groups available.

Well I was locked out until today as I think a few people were as well so the tank numbers might get better come the weekend and what not.

Considering making my heretic 50 enhance 50 crush/flex...making him the highest AF in the game...I'll see what we'll need more as we progress in levels.
