Basically no super, nothing gets done. I tried to step up on Andred, but no matter what raids me and Sparo would lead, no matter what kind of authority I would exercise to get people to stop being so apathetic, the simple fact of the matter is, a lot of this group from CoE (i don't know old-BWC enough to comment on them all) are extremely noobish and stubborn and will not listen to anyone except for their leaders and officers. This posed a very big problem in CoE. Our officers at the time: Osteon, Tav, Zuldar, Mosthula, Sparohawk, Candide, Tml, Me, Warcat, Perigrine, Eirenne, Hall, Zoid (probably more, I just don't remember them all).
The problems were, if you look at that list, practically no one would lead events. I tried very hard, but I have to be honest with you guys, I don't get home until 8-10pm Pacific, at which point half of CoE had already logged, and the other were happy PvP'ing with me I guess. Hall tried a few, but not nearly often enough. Warcat would sometimes lead a PvP excursion, but that was really rare, and he's too easily discouraged by 1 wipeout. Me and Sparo were confined to graveyard hours because of work/time zone, Eirenne used to do some things, but I forget... and pretty much everyone else disappeared...
So let me cut to the chase:
I learned a LOT trying to hold things afloat, so I thought I'd share what I learned:
1) People got bored easily in our old guild. They're spoiled by some type of raid nearly every night, and Dwayne usually got in pretty early in the evening to start something up.
2) The old CoE rule of Officers being forced to lead a raid once a week was very good, but it was rarely enforced. I don't play on Merlin as much as I'd like, so I dunno if this is still in effect, but I think it should be done again. If an Officer cannot make it one week, try try try to get a replacement to cover

3) Another problem with CoE is that they need people who can play a LOT to be successful and to take lead. I think I would have made a decent leader on Andred, if it wasn't for my sucky habit of being forced to work late. I know Law is having computer problems and Gundorf is going to be flying around. So I hope in BWc someone is filling the void (preferably an officer who plays at least 6/7 days a week and during primetime).
Anyways, that's all I have to say for now. You guys are far from the turmoil of CoE circa 11/02, but watching Qrak/Dekz leave is a bad omen. I'll still login every few days, but I know I'm just a token officer, since half of BWC doesn't know me, and the other half has forgotten about me
