I was interested until I saw Mythic.

Bah,. dont bash Mythic so much, DAOC was still the best pvp game for a long time.

Warhammer might very well be the next huge game that comes out with some real pvp. If you combine the experience they got from DAOC and the Warhammer universe, you might get a really decent game. Warhammer is all about war, its detailed, huge, and has years of history.

I cant wait for this game to come out. This wont be a carebear game. Only problem is that it might take some time, we cant even get screenshots yet.

hanz and i have been waiting for this game forever. Mythic didn't come up with the idea they bought it from a company that went under and took it over from there.

I for one am glad Mythic is doing Warhammer. DAoC was a great game for a long time. Some will argue DAOC has become a better game after Jacobs and Frior left to develop Warhammer, but I have no clue. Beta starts in summer. There'll be a website contest of sorts for people to win beta access and they will also be inviting guilds into a guild beta. The game is due Q4 2007. I'll certainly be keeping tabs on this.
