Although detractors decry (MMA) as a brutal, bloody form of human cockfighting, aficionados know it is a brutal, bloody, totally fucking awesome form of human cockfighting. -The Onion

Yeah, I saw alot of complaints about this on the forums the other day when I was reading about pvp mechanics. It seems like the geneal consensus was that when people got low, it was safer to just finish them off normally rather than with a finisher.
Now then, how do finishers work? Is there actually a skill for it, or are they randomly cast when you use a combo on a weakened opponent?

Random chance when the killing blow came from a combo or spell.
The range ones were great, because you weren't stuck in an animation. Only noticed it with Julie's PoM, the corpse would kinda lift up off the ground and hover for a second twitching then colapse, but she was free to move.
I did see some items that had + % to fatality chance. Seems like base chance is 5-15% or so?
