Pulling audio from a video

Anyone know how to pull audio from a video? I have a piece I would love to use as part of my signature. Freelancer of Team Legacy says "this guy Twyst is the new guild mascot. He is completely decked out and is what we are looking for."

AVS Audio Editor can rip any music from any video mate, use it often myself.
