Post your certifications. Edit your post as they change. This should make it easier for our fearless leaders to assess our strengths and weaknesses and get to know all the members of the outfit.

Certified:

Sunderer first (To transport everyone)
Maraduer next
Doing eng/combat eng in beta, probably won't in release
Testing MAX's atm vs Special Assault (rockets mainly).

I'll probably end up with TR MAX and Sunderer for start with release.
Then add Prowler, then work on Assault.

I don't really like the hacking piece.

Inf and Sniper people, not only learn wraith, but learn AMS, in fact take AMS first.. With a AMS we can spawn anywhere it is,., VERY IMPORTANT..

We need pilots, not just reavers, i.e. need 1-2 galaxy pilots
We need engineers and medics
We need more hackers with infantry

I think everything else will be covered through the first 7 BR's.

What will be really cool is when we have 2-3 squads with a platoon leader running us all together taking bases as 1.

I'm open to ideas for my next certs, and I'm certainly open to changing these around any. When the game goes live I definately want mosquito cert but otherwise I'd be willing to play any additional role we need.

Almost rank 8, and I will probaly take MAX anti-air as a fill in if nothing else.

Possibly after that, switch antiair for another MAX, or pick up lightning. I'ld go galaxy if people would man the guns.

BTW, the magrider can take a TON of damage, and that cannon DESTROYS stuff. I was in a group last night of 3 magriders, we all had gunners, we probaly killed 60 or 70 before I got wasted. We had no engineers or we would have just mowed through them.

On a side note, how do you send private tells to someone in this game?? the /send thing doesn't work.

Just a reminder, when release hits, we will be playing Terran Republic aka TR, and not VS.

In beta we are playing VS to see TR's weaknesses. Seems to me they are not weak, with TR MAX on the ground and Reavers in the air, TR rocks.

Thoughts?

Also no one has made a medic yet for healing and advanced medic for revive. We are all to concentrated on firing and killing. Be cool to see someone or multiple people go this route and see how it works.

Also I agree Candide, Magrider (Prowler) is a uber vehicle to get, I definately am doing that after I learn Sunderer.

Keeping people together is hard and we need large transport, air and ground and seems not many people fly/want galaxies. So I will learn Sunderer first, which we did mow people down too

They are good to charge forts with and drop off the people next to the wall, towers as well.

On Dalton right now I have a BR5 charcter named Thutmose

Certifications on him :
Medium Assault
Harrasser

I have like 4 extra cert points on him, and I could grab a Galaxy, drop Harrasser and get myself reinforced armor. Tell me what ya think cause I'm all for the good of the group

Get Galaxy when you have the pts, always save enough for a vehicle for transportation.

Be careful with reinforced armor and piloting anything. I know at least the reaver and main tank (magrider) I can't get into driver spot with the reinforced armor. Maybe wait on that until you actualy have enough to need the extra rifle slot, and put the points elsewhere till then and respec out of it.

I dont think you can use Reinforced Armor with any of the air vehicles. From what I understand it has to be an open canopy vehicle to wear Reinforced armor with, such as the Harrasser.

Before my computer started screaming like a mink in a fur coat factory, I had my character to BR2 and he was certified in 2 of the MAX suits for TR.
Eventually, I'll get certs for all 3, then start dumping pts into engineering.
