Most of you know the players that are conformed of the guild F, and if you do you know they are some of the most talented players on our server. Here's the deal.
Drem and Gemmie quit F for the same reason Sirion did, inactivity, impossible to get guild groups since they are small to begin with and play at different times.
Drem is an awesome player and if Im not mistaken a master crafter. Gemmie is an amazing Healer and also a master crafter. Both want to join BWC.
Emalei left F for the same reasons today, Ive been talking to him and doing major recruiting efforts. This is a player that I would love to see in the Clan, he is simply put - WoW!
Ceregon is also thinking about leaving F, he now has Cere and he recently acquired the Revenj account. If you have ever grouped with Cere I dont even need to say what a great player he is, I have found him to be equally as good on his new caster which he prefers to play now.
Not sure how people feel about Ceregon, he tends to get the short end of the stick alot and I'll admit he is the kind of player that grows on you, but once the growth starts he is quite lovable. He is also Sirion's RL brother and we all know what a nice guy Sirion is.
Rilrd is also in F and I dont know him well enough to give a good opinion, so I'll just toss the name out.
Most of the players mentioned have buff bots that they keep logged in as well as high lvl alts.
I'd also like us to look into recruiting Xenalo, really good player and a great personality.
My initial thought was for Dwayne to hook up with and talk to Drale and put an offer of a merger on the table for F to join us, but Emalei has informed me that Drale has "quit".
Bottom line is these are all excellent players that would not only strengthen us in various areas, but they are all very good fits personality wise with us as well. I would hate to see an underserving guild end up with any of these kickass players when their home is here with us.

I'll talk to Drem about the boards today (VN) and put our concerns upfront for him to chew on.
Emalei created his own guild (borrowed 7 friends for a minute last night in Jord) and created "Prozac". I'm not sure if this is a joke or if he plans on trying to make a go of it. I'll talk to him later as well.
Alot of people seem to have some concerns with Rilrd and for good reason, I know him, Ive grouped with him and he has a very strong personality. He means well, but he is a tad hard to take at first. Those who get along best with Rilrd are the people who tell him he is being a shmuck or when it's time to stfu. I was not going to approach him about coming to us unless an officer or two truly see's him as a potential asset to us in the long run.
I'll keep everyone posted as to the progress of recruiting those in F we know and respect.

Drale's dsl should be up sometime this weekend, this would be a good time to speak to him about a potential merger. drem and gemmie were waiting on seeing him to decide if they wanted to leave or not. in my experience the people that make up <F> are probably one of the best groups that remains in midgard.

I have no idea who led this up but it didn't happen I assume? OK if we are looking into bringing in guild talent we may want to pick up Godorn of CQ. He can actually lead groups well and is active (2 things we really need)~

I am sure he wants to join the real CQ but they are VERY selective. I believe Itz keeps them around 40-50 members all active with uber comps at all times. It may be worth felling out. I thought Drem and Gemmie were joining also.

Gemmie and Drem are very loyal to Drale who has come back to the game (yay!), them leaving F now just isnt going to happen IMO.
Again, I have talked to Emalei repeatedly about joining and everytime he makes me feel as if he is going to only to have the end result of him not joining. Personally, at this point I think it's more of an ego stroke to him than anything else to have people constantly asking him to join. Perhaps if those of us that are tight with Em backed off a bit, maybe he will come to us ... maybe not ...... who knows.
As far as Godorn goes, I happen to like him, good player, nice guy, good personality. But why would he leave where he is now?
I think the main idea about this game is to be able to log in and play as you enjoy to, for most of us that means RvR. Thus, if you are able to log in and consistantly find groups that do what you want the tag over your head, even if inactive such as CQ, doesnt hold that much weight.
Besides that by Godorn keeping the CQ "name" alive on Merlin pretty much ensures him a place within the real CQ if you ask me. I'm sure Itz appreciates his efforts and for all we know at this point it may be Godorn's choice to be in the branch of the guild he is currently in.

For many of the same reasons of the <F> guys. He simply is the last standing. He is stuck in limbo because Itz will not let him join the true CQ, now playing some EQ server. It was more of a thought sense it looked like BWC was on a talent search.
BTW Cripp is working on our Texan Drale. Cripp also kicks ass but, he's from Sacramento where the rest of the ub3r gamers are ) so I shouldn't be surprised

Trust me that if CQ is playing EQ on any server and have any intentions on being a solid guild there that actually accomplishes anything NUMBERS mean everything. In most cases to take down a dragon or a god or to hunt in the uber zones you cant have enough people, Im talking a minimum of 60+ players that ALL have a clue to take down these mobs.
I think if you are being told he cant get into the EQ version of CQ because Itz is at his membership quota that you are being bullshitted and may want to dig a little deeper.
