There is no place for the kind for the kind of chat LoF members were doing in the homeland defense cg today and when asked to stop they responded with /as spam, /c spam and /send spam attacking the raid leader (me). You guys have some good members, I am sorry a few bad apples spoiled it for the rest of you.

as an officer of LoF i'd like to know who did this, I was absolutely taken aback when i logged on tonight and went to report some albs in upps and found myself to be without an alliance :/ please give more details into the interatction and the culprits

So one person makes a ruckus in a /cg and you remove our guild from our alliance... Oh wait, SEVERELY bad behavior.. Ive put up with some pretty bad shit from 1 or 2 people in this alliance, and they are still here here. I wouldn't midn seeing a log of this behavior so I can see what your idea of SEVERELY bad behavior is?

I really would like to see this log to determine the amount of action that needs to be taken against this person. Ive been away for the last 2 weeks due to graduation and stuff and I Don't appreciate coming back to see that we have been removed from this alliance because 1 person caused a ruckus..

Everyone has their bad days. I have logs of a certain BWC member bitchign me out for 30 minutes beacuse of the fact that while in Odin's with my Odin's patrol group, a mid keep was taken. I then made a CG and proceeded to tell people to meet at Nottmoor and we would stop reinforcements from joining the albs (which we did.. 2-3 fg of the same guild that took the keep tried ot get through but we stopped them).. One of your members then proceeded to bitch me out in a public cg with no remorse and made accusatiosn that I (yes me... the guy who sat outside sauvage gates with CS sickness for 5 hours killing albs for no rps and scouting) was just another greedy RP farmer.. I never saw this person even get a warning or what not, yet when one of our members has a bad day (one of our nicer members midn you, which is why i'd like to see a log) our guild gets kicked form the alliance. I personally have spent more of my money (aroudn 15 plat personally) for seige/RK doors for this alliance and I have spent alot of time, and I don't appreciate being seen as a useless commodity who shoudl be kicked out when somethign goes wrong, and not given the chance to amend the situation. I don't appreciate being told to either a) stay out of the alliance or b) kick out one of our nicest members.

I say we setup a cg sometime and try to work something out first, before this all gets out of hand. Sometimes the harsh measurements are required to maintain a decent alliance, but personally I don't think that is required in this sitauation (although I Still have not seen the log)..

basically, the problem was that we had 100 albs taking mid keeps, and 2-4 groups of hibs. We had about 40 mids willing to defend after an hour of yelling for help over /as.

You know how it is, you do a /who DF and see 150 mids in there.

So Gundorf (Amit) is yelling over /as and one of us does a /who Lords of Fate. You guys had about 7 on, and they were all exping somewhere. So Gundorf (amit) made some comment about Lords of Fate and one of your guys (50 shaman, can't remember the name) went off on him. It got real personal where they ripping Gun and saying they had never liked him blah blah blah. Poof. LOF was gone.

So thats what went down.

The person cuasing the Ruckus went from the /cg to the /t, then taking the ruckus to a public level and spaming it in the /as.. with such fowl language.

Now it is simple.. a LoF officer wasn't around to put a stop to it.. or if there was.. he/she would have removed the person from /as speak before it got out of hand.

So in order to be order back into the /as BWC officers took it upon ourselves to cut the /as disrespect aswell as violations at the source.

We police our /as fairly relaxing.. if there is not much action going on it's somewhat calm.. but i have never seen a personal attack on the /as as i did the night LoF got removed.

please review the /as rules which are sticky above.

Basically, the cg had turned into a leader bashing with a whole lot of snivelling and character attacks. Spearheading it was the only LoF person to be in the frontiers (there was about 6 in spindelhalla, some of them were in the high 40's). Some of the colorful comments leading up to it was comments like "where is drutt, he can lead better than gundorf" and "Grognar was always better" or some bullshit like that. I actually had to /listen the cg to get some sort of order back. So petty...

Aensland and Bulor have the story pretty much right. I do not usually log my chats so I dont have any logs. (frankly when trying to organize 50 mids to stop 100 albs from taking our relics, chat logs are low priority, and I am 100% certain that the other party won't produce unedited chat logs as they would totally incriminate themselves.) If they hadn't brought it to /as I would have just /ignored them, BUT they did bring it to /as and I gave them fair warning and they did not stop.

If they were being a pain in the ass in cg I would have just gotten the cg mod to remove them.

This also had nothing to do with where LOF where. I never did a /who LOF. The person seemed to just log in and start with the insults in cg and as so I told them to stop.

Also when did I ever say LOF was useless? I am personally the person you dealt with to enter BWC alliance and if you ask the other officers I was a MAJOR advocate for your admittance, and in the PM I sent you I believe I made it clear that the value of you and your guild was not in question.

However we could not just sit by as one person from your guild spammed /as, and not light hearted chatter but things laced with hostility and negativety towards the people, the ONLY people, attempting to defend vs 100+ albs. If there had been an officer on I would have gone to them first but there wasnt.

Lastly baba, if you had a problem with someone from bwc you can always come to me or any other officer to have it dealt with.
