I don't really know you but I was in shadowbane till they pissed me off. I had a /stuck issue...i hit /stuck..did everything i could for FOUR FUCKING DAYS!!! and the CSR's finally arrived 8 days later while I was on an alt...I logged off the game, uninstalled it, and emailed a buddy of mine (who also has the game) my pw/ and sn.

You can try me (zeris), cryhavoc (cryhavoc, baodd, longarm) or akuma (I forget, sorry).
I havent been on at all lately. Not sure why, its losing its appeal somewhat, but I'm not done yet. Maybe its the fuckin boring as hell ice island, cryhavoc you know what I mean

They are on Mourning. There are other BWC on other servers as well.
