Well guys after much discussion with everyone we as a guild have decided to endorse fully NWN for several reasons.

1) Although we apologize and feel bad for not choosing DAoC, most of us that were in BWC are, to put it mildly burnt out on it. We believe NWN differs in that it will provide us with a guild game refreshing to all parties.

2) SWG, Shadowbane and AC2 have a Christmas release date and though we enjoy each others company on the boards we need to see how we mobilize in a game. After all this is a gaming guild.

3) We need to get into a game to train members that have little experience and learn each others playing style.

4) Most importantly we need a game so we can kick the shit out of others and have fun.


For right now well leave this as a sticky till we give everyone a few days to get the game...burn it, buy it, steal it or trade for it we do not care. All joking aside a Global Announcement will be made Wed. or Thur. of this week. This should be fun guys and give us an idea of where we are skill wise. Happy hunting.

Despite all my efforts, to get NWN going you HAVE to have bought the damn thing. the bastards dont let the game start with a burned play CD (tho I hear good things about a cd hack, which I have an addy to if anyone needs...) and it checks your cd key 9 zillion times, so you'll need your own. Of course, you can just go to a crowded best buy, pick up NWN, go "shop" in an isolated area, and dig open the manual and rip the cover off for a cd key. Nobody loses! Except you, when you get caught...

If anyone needs mad computer cdrom copying skillz for NWN I got the hook up. Strickly for backup purposes though. I already have a half-ass custom module made my me on my dedicated server. Tested well on gamespy and privately so if anyone needs help on the module creator or needs a DC to host I'm yo bitzach.

I will have the game late thursday night or early friday morning. I'll tell you about my attempt to get it today when it doesn't piss me off too much anymore.

I know my bro got it today. He is wasting his time looking at random web sites instead of wasting his time on our boards. I'll try to get him back on track. I hope to pick up my copy tonight. It is my sisters B-Day though so I may head over and have dinner with her. Also Doc you at least have a copy for yourself so we can get a gank crew together?
