Sat. night fun

To me the most fun I've had was saturday. We all worked together as a team, no solo crap. We had about 15 guys, almost all outfit members. Even tho we were getting over ran, we were consistently taking bases, towers, etc and working well together. That is what makes a game like this fun to me. Simply getting a kill doesn't matter, I'll go play a stand alone game for that crap. We had a lot of huge battles where we managed to hang in there.

One fun part was when we were making an assault on a base, and as we were moving in a few enemy came out, including a max. I was near the front and took cover by a tree. At one point I looked back and saw all of us holed up under cover, peaking out taking shots, while the enemy were charging us. We sat there for 15 minutes before the first person died, and we killed them over and over. Then we got wiped finaly as a tank came out, and we respawned at the AMS a bit staggered, this worked out as some were in the trees, and some were along the side of the building, which basicly made it so that as the enemy came after the folks in the trees, there was a small group to plug them from behind. They never had a chance.

Eventualy we were overwhelmed, and then the server came down, but it was a ton of fun and really neat to see us working together. I really like the battles in forests and what not between two bases.
