Most likely late night the 16th or 17th. We will post that ahead of time.

>2. Will beta client be usable for live play assuming I open a new account using a CD-key off the retail box?

Yes.

>3. Will the client be universally compatible across US/Euro servers?

Yes.

>How bout the account/key?

I actually don't know the answer, so I will check into it. We have different billing systems for both areas, so the "safe" statement is you should buy the product for the area you want to play in (that is, buy in europe if you want a european server).
