Proposal to revitalize CON

I was thinking it would be nice to revitalize CON. Make it open to the whole alliance for any char under level 40 to join and find people to levle with. Also make a few of the current level 35ish con memebers able to invite people. However make sure all new invites know that con isnt an invite to BWC. That way we get a constat pool of upcoming peopel to choose from, especially if in the near future it is likely we will be loosing more and more people to other games as daoc ages.

I like the idea we just need a process to verify alliance newbs ... we don't want just anyone having even view access to /as.

the current GMs of CON were told to keep all newbs at level 9 which can't see /as until they have been in CON for a decent amount of time and have been active etc
