not as bad
pvp is sort of fun if u have a solid crew (i had one)
but pointless with faction points u get from pvp when u are reb nothing to buy....
crafting in the game is definately fun
which i am doing (can't imagine i am a crafter eh?)
this is how fun it is
zuldar is also on my server
as for bwc guys i never ever see them
next game...
probably horizon or wait for WoW

I quit online gaming, although julie still plays a lot, at least as far as the type you guys play. I've spent the past month (along with mosthula and TML) playing poker online for money. It is MUCH better to play a game and win money rather than pay to play a game 
Biggest reason I quit was sleep. I found out when I play I end up wired, and it takes me forever to get to sleep. Was always rolling into work super late. I stopped playing for some reason a few nights, and suddenly it was only taking around an hour or so to fall asleep (this is quick for me). Then started playing poker and have way more fun doing that (I'm sorry, but it is soooo much more fun to pwn some guy for half his bankroll in one hand than to wipe out a full group solo rvr)

We play Texas Hold Emevery Tues at the house, and taking a break from gaming too.. Ill be back at the end of the month.

www.ultimatebet.com right now. We play dealers choice with some holdem every Friday night at my place, plus we had our first tourney saturday (which I won The friday night games usualy have me/julie, dave/jen, and John (TML) plus Hyla/desmo's wife plays with us a lot too, plus a few others to get to 10 or so. Just set up a poker table in the formal living room at my house (what a waste of a room, in general. Who the heck needs a "formal living room"? It is now the formal poker room) which gives us 2 tables up at all times. Making plans to have a third available for the next tourney
The same group of 6 who went to vegas from here are going to the bahama's the week before xmas on a cruise, so we'll be hitting the Atlantis casino then Fun fun

I like SWG. Of course the PA I started is the most badass Imperial PA on the server. We don't use AT-ST's and we PvP in groups of 8 members at a time.
We hit every Rebel location on a raid. We were the first Imperial PA to destroy a Rebel Detachment HQ and then followed it up by destroying their small faction base too. So, let's see about 60-80k faction we took from them.
Our city has about 50 houses or so maybe more. A PA Hall on each end of the city with a Detachment and Tactical HQ placed in the middle.
PvP has a long way to go but it can be fun if done right. Nothing like having 30 red dots all Rebels show up on the ole radar when you kill a few. Then incapping all of them, dropping a burn and some poison/disease on them and watching them rot while their bars turn black. Woo hoo!
Needless to say SWG is not for everyone, just as DAoC wasn't for some of my members either. But they are loving SWG which is weird.
I miss BWC raids on Merlin with ole Gunny Gun but those days have come and gone. Hopefully to be restored some day. Until then I will just stick to being the Leader of my PA on Bria. LFD - Left For Dead. Most hated Imperial PA on the server.

Yeah... She is pretty good at raids.. But in SWG there is no relic to take, no doors to break down. She would be lost in space. Hahaha.
