WoW PvP Ideas

I am assisting the PvP development team and have a few notes for everyone. Blizzard is working on the PvP system for WoW currently. They are split between instancing PvP or traditional framing, instancing is currently being used by Blizzard for PvE where main camps or dungeon may experience being overcrowded. The benefits are, it would cut down on lag as well as promote fair fights, The draw back is it takes epic battles out of the game. They are also kicking around the idea of using instancing in only some of the PvP areas.
There are areas on either island where Horde safe zones border Alliance zones. Blizzard is working on ways to allow conflict zones in between the areas where players could be killed by realm guards. The reason for this is to promote a more realistic feel to the Horde v. Alliance struggle instead of having these static lines of enemies starring at each other and nothing happening. These areas would spawn guards that would attack each other and players would be in harms way. The challenge is to make sure the fight is always a stand off.
