NO MORE INVITING people unless we approve here.

New rule, no more in game invites, hands down, otherwise I will remove them immediately.

All people that we think need to be approved or invited to the guild get placed here via a post.

We vote on them and they need at LEAST 2 proponents via officers.
The only way they get invited is if Celestrial and me agree, and at LEAST 2 other officers do as well. No if's, and's or but's.

Its time to clean house again, and really see where we are going to be for the frontier expansion. RVR is going to take over PVE especially once TOA is pharmed and since ML's are being nerfed.

This guild needs to focus on RVR again, PVE second, but I know its important.

Here is the deal with the invites lately~

I invited Yipee to guild due to some weird ass drama with Midnight's Fury. (Lare v. Yipee) So now 3 other MF want to join the guild. Yipee is a good guy...he's my recruit and I'll stick with it.

I added a good skald, Raxorn (who used to play with Jeff on Mordred in Afterlife) and possibly the orginial Golbie. He's (golbie) been in a lot of our groups lately and everyone likes him.

We've been doing a lot of 2 fg rvr in either emain/hadrians/odins.

Last person I'll probably recruit into the guild is Carmenia. I've put that person on a 2-week recruitment process and shouldn't string him around anymore. However, he's mostly euro and we need more heavy tank classes. We have the swede crew with the savages and the rest are all casters with no capped casting speed cept Aby.

Tons of people who came back rolled casters - ie Hall (dark rm), Zoid (sm), Pup/Contre (sm), Aby (dark sm who kicks ass anyways--saw her 3 shot a rr10 paladin) and we were trying to do Heavy tank gank squad? How is that possible when we're mostly casters now?

Lastly, lots want their alts etc back in the guild. I think its time to designate main characters/alt characters again.

I dont add unless I ask first. But I did add mosthula, candide and saphyre back. They were already members previously and jus returned. For those that don't know them, they were officers in BWC, COE.

Here is some of the recently added alts...

Zoid : Sinfle (47 SM) - Blood Guard
Nats : Suong (49 Skald)
Hall : Biggieb (50 RM)
Phineas: Bjarki (45 Skald)

I cleared inviting my newb (and soon to be main) back to guild with Eirenne.

Well I plan on rejoining the guild and I don't want to hear any bitching from Dwayne... just as soon as I get over 45 I guess, or 50 if you read below.

I plan on requesting to add my uncle. Yes he's a complete Noob (read: Boob) but he's a cool ass guy and I plan on levelling an alt with him and teaching him RvR. This won't be for some time so I'm going to use the shell of a guild Sleyn set up awhile back, Minority. Rhuack is a GM now and if anyone has any alts they'd like to level the old fashioned way with us (so as to facilitate my uncle with a means to learn his character) then just give me a tell.

SM 47 as you can tell from siggy. You can borrow or get in on some action next time I'm in Moderna. I'm inbetween contracts atm so try and log around 3pm EST'ish.

Phin's skald went from 37 to 44 with us yesterday ... once I hit 50 you can even borrow him since it's easy to get groups with a 50 SM there.

Oh hell yea Zoid. Getting him to 45+ would be awesome, then I could do HL raids and such. It's going to be hard to get a night where I can just play for the next 8 weeks... but hopefully when I do I will be able to jump him from 35 to 45 or so in that one night.

Anyhow I appreciate the offer, maybe since we're both playing catch up we can run some artifacts together when I get 45+. Killets says many of them are 2-3 person runs.

provided those 2-3 people can run a few bots :)

i usually run druid/bard or druid/chanter, i need someone else to run bot/shield-hero.

Eramai, Cynere, Ylyssan, Mesudbastet, Chisisi, Sadri, Rougart, Necro-Crocs are all easily doable by healerbot buffbot shield-tank pbae.

I bring more many times for insurance, but its still entirely doable by those components.

If you up your group count, tons of stuff you can kill with a solid 4-6 people.

Danos, Sons of Creon, Keres, Kertom, Lord Dasirual, Itet, Anethemic Salamander, Pallidei Uraei, Olmagion, Battler, etc.

Kim,

I'm ok with Yippe and MF people.
I'm ok with Rax after I get the bottom line and if Carmenia is good, then do it.

All the old recruits, they can be casters, especially if we are doing more fort wars and 2fg runs. But we do need shammies and skalds, always low on them, so people can't complain about not getting a group, sorry.

From now on, new recruits have to go through the process outlined above, does everyone agree to that?

Also new rule, 1 main and 1 alt only allowed, after that rest move to Winter Bane. That means you crazy swedes decide on 2 chars and keep them in guild, rest to WB.

Rhu ToA for sure ... I've been reading this ToA guideline and want to get Rat ML3 at least for the wards. Artifacts as well although I don't have a clue about them yet.

As for MLs I'm not too sure any of the first few lvls are that great for a skald on either path, but it's been a few days since I really looked at them. It's not like they'll hurt anything. But wards are definately great for casters.

As far as artifacts go, all I can say is get ready for pain.
