Interesting Factoid about Mutable Realms and Wish:
They hired away one of Mythic's top design guys. He quit less than a month later because he said they were incompetent and didn't have things planned out very well.
Think about that a second...
Someone who worked at MYTHIC thought that they weren't organized. This game is doomed.

I have been in the Wish BETA since beginning of December. It's OK. Nothing special, as of right now anyways.
Just waiting for WoW, like everybody else. I will also play UXO. I grew up playing the Ultima RPGs so I can't pass this game by. But it will be a casual thing. I'll go hardcore with WoW.
I have tried a few times to get back into playing DAoC. It just doesn't do it for me anymore.

yeah I logged into wish during my lunch hour and was not overly impressed...the character models look like crap...kinda reminds me of horizons or almost as bad as AO 
I dunno but I need a game with pretty graphics...cannot have no ugly fuggin character...I mean if a character in a new game makes valkyns look sexy then it is time for a new game

I got in yesterday, but they want me to use some sort of download manager to get the client. I don't like to use those since in the past, I've seen them riddled with adware and spyware.
Plus, I'm on DSL, so I dunno how much faster it needs to be.

I just did the ole right click "save as..." method...I never use 3rd party crap to manage Downloads...just run it while you are sleeping or at work...i think the file was roughly 500 MBs

I got into wish too. Not impressed by it and its kinda frustrating to move around attack with the point click system.
Phineas, there is also a bit torrent download for the client.
