we had a good set up before, and it seemed to work out well, lets do it the same way =).

gtaher and group in west skona

tanks groups: 1&2
2healers
1 sham
1 pbt RM
1 skald
3 tanks

catser group: handles adds (with wards up they have an easy life)
1 healer
6 casters
1 skald(movement bot)

everyone else just form groups with what is there. the more tanks the better.

loot is simple..

-Full respec stones first.
-FREE RA stones for those that don't win respec. (everyone walks away with atleast 1 stone)
-MP drops randam(need before greed)
-Remains FFA

left over RA stones can either get pooled and given to the GM of the guilds attending.. OR get whored out on random 100 lowiest 5..

all ROG drops get salavaged.

no bots can roll.. if your rolling for a char which is not attending the raid, you must tell me before raid begins so i can list you)

Hmmh, I want more dragon heads to guildhouse, Too bad you can't fill the house with them so you can't move anymore.. Sniff, I want more Hooking points, lots of remains in vault and no place to put them ;(

i had the SMALL font on and i would have to relog and run system file check because durring the raid one of my daoc files got corrupted >< so now i gotta use the large font lol
