what it comes down to is.. 8v8 men ppl have to learn how to work a lil larger scale.. for BWC merlin is not 8v8.. we are a realm guild..

and gundorf has to learn how to not play DAOC when drunk and highly emotional.

I guess a question I'd ask is if we want to become a Lance guild. Things have been quiet for BWC Merlin as we've all kinda been doing different things. Thats fine, but New Frontiers comes out next week and BWC will be rocking again. What is it we want? Are we going to be like we were before or are we now a 8man perfect setup guild?

This is what I've seen over the last few months, and I don't like it.
* 8v8 and only 8v8. And you better bring the right class or you're not getting in. "No, I'm sorry, you're a warrior and we gotta have a savage". Or "sorry Ganedar, we promised you a spot but now zera got on so we gave it to him instead".
* People's ass getting chewed when things didn't go right. I never RVR'd with shammygirl, and I wasn't there when she was chewed out till she quit, but I didn't like the sounds of how it went down.
* People proclaiming how they don't give a shit about homeland defense and they'd rather quit the game than beat on a keep.
* It all ended well, but the bottom line is that someone who borrowed a GM account "borrowed" some stuff from the guild merchant until I made a stink about it.

There have been times that BWC seems more like a Hib merlin guild and not a Mid merlin guild.

I like 8 man, I like keeps, I like soloing. So I'm good with whatever. But I don't want to be in a guild that merely tolerates each other. I want to be in a guild that likes each other. And I won't group with assholes.

Can't let them divide the guild like this imho. More fun when we all are togther on large raids regardless of whether we win or not or have the perfectly balanced groups ... hell only reason I'll want to come back is if Super or Cele are leading some large RVR raids

Shamygirl wasnt chewed out she is like Wildkat a guild hopper. I was just messing with rich about it because i hate him. In fact i remeber that day things went well and when we were done we all said alright guys later.

I have already been animate about being in a guild to have fun and to play with people I like. I could give a fuck about Rps, "my save is RR 4L6 after 2 years. But if shit turns into LA esq where people are just around each other for rps then Im with abye and im done. Anyhow with fronteers there will be a need for both keeps and 8 mans so im not worried in the least.

yes, i did like BWC when it still cared about the realm... when we would go out and defend the home land, or hit albs and farm the fuck out of them.

BWC merlin, is one of if not the major leadership guild on the server.. if you notice.. ppl follow us into anything. anytiime there is a Homeland BG and someone from BWC joins it.. they auto get promoted to BG leader.. becuase ppl listen to us, for we are level headed and fair.

i love the lance crew. they added a new elimente to BWC which it didn't have before. 8v8, in which you do learn some new skill.. but in turn you do get the elitest mentalty which we are not about.

i hate seeing group members not invited into the group for they are not the needed class. i like it much better when BWC is out there with 2-3 FG strong, and owning house as a unit. EVEN if it's multipule 8v8 mean team working togther for the wiser.

Lubu thinks he owns everyone, and uses everyone in this guild for his own benefit, items, rps, etc.
He said he has ran this guild for the past month and a half.

I left and joined Ascendancy for shock value.

Just reinvite me back when I get back from Vegas Sunday night/Monday.

BWC will be on top for NF, and we will need 2-3fg to have fun, 8v8 is you like, but it will never be like what emain is today.

I want to play with my friends, no matter what class, even Hall, not with jackasses, that think their l337 e-peens have to be so large to have the "perfect" group that doesn't exist.

Here are my thoughts,
BWC has lost it's presence from RVR for a long time now. Gundorf who I love has not been playing and RVR has not had any leadership. I have run some groups when we at least had a few to make a full group. Eventualy there was no one to form up except PUGS. Tav and Lubuu come on and revive some good 8v8 groups. We get accustomed to it and are able to play and have fun because Lubuu and Tav bring the lance crew to play. Unfortunatly they like 8v8, they dont like keeps, or zerg warfare, and they replaced what Dwayne has done, they filled the void. I enjoy RvRing with BWC period, but we didnt have the people now for a long time so Lance crew was a great addition. If it wasn't for the Lance crew I would have left, taken a long break, or quit the game, because we have no BWC players for good RVR, realm nor 8V8. BWC needs enough involvement where we have enough for 8v8 and zerg RVR. You cannot point a finger at 8 members who like to create elite 8v8 teams. They didnt have room for me all last night cause they needed a healer or a shaman or a skald, so I just followed and leeched. It does not upset me, I dont hold it against them, and I understand why it is. If we are blaming an 8v8 group then it means we still dont have enough people in the guild. In my opinion whats gonna make us a great guild is we dont discriminate against any types of players as long they contribute something. Personaly if Dwayne is leading a BG in RVR warfare I might join it, but if Lubuu is leading 8v8 and there is room it might be a nice alternative for myself or anyone in BWC. Lance team likes to win and so they like a specific team structure or they just wont play. What Lubuu and Tav do that I dont think many people realize is they exclusively try to include BWC people in the group, and if an outsider is in the group and a BWCer with that class comes along they boot the outsider, Lubuu, myself, Rhi tells them thanks but we have a guildy Skald, shaman, warrior, etc that just loged in and wants to RvR, you have to respcet that.

*do not begin to alienate people, because than you'l find yourself with nothing but an empty guild.
