Need to get my serk in shape.

Any suggestions on quick/soloable quests (with shammy bot) I can do to get my serk some new gear? Stuff I can buy? I rvr'ed today and I'm pretty outdated it seems.
I havent played for like a year or so, and last I checked I had a 99% sc suit and a 1h legion axe and some crafted weaps. I have maybe 5 plat and some mp pieces of studded that havent been sc'ed, I figgured I'd better get the new jewelry before I sc those.
Any help appreciated!
Oh yeah, whats the best way to spend my RA's? I only have 42 to spend. Toughness 5= 400 hp's, but also costs 32 or something...
