I don't really see a problem with this, considering that most MMO's already do this. Take FFXI for example.

They didn't block US IP's from the game, but you needed a vaild mailing address in Japan to sign up if you wanted to play the Japanese version. Then when the US version came out, you couldn't pick a server.

Also, Blizzard said that the current Beta was for US players only so it seems this was their plan all along. Sure there are some Euros playing, but it wasn't intended.

So long as they give Euros the choice it should be fine.

true, but from what i gathered out of that euros wont have a choice until several months after the game is released in the us... of course, i didnt read the majority of it, so i could be getting a false impression of the situation ;>

Dude I dunno WTF is taking blizzard so long about releasing the contest winners and notifying them. Contest has been over for a few days now. I WANT MY CRACK DAMNIT!!!!!!, after playing WoW I CANNOT log on to DAOC, I want to shoot myself everytime I do. I checked thottbot and its list my characters profile (Zeratulx) so im wondering WTF is going on. I read on the WoW general forums that blizz adds new people after each patch and the next patch is still like 2-3 weeks away............poorness. It wouldnt be so bad if they just released the winners already.
