You retain up to 25 of your rage points when you change stances.
Improved Overpower - 2/2 points

Your critical strikes cause the opponent to bleed, dealing 60% of your weapon's average damage over 12 seconds.

Reduces your rage decay by 30%.
Impale - 2/2 points
Increases the critical strike damage done by your abilities in Battle, Defensive, and Berserker stance by 20%.
Axe Specialization - 5/5 points

Fury Talents (10 points)
Cruelty - 5/5 points
Increases your chance to get a critical strike with melee weapons by 5%.
Unbridled Wrath - 5/5 points
Gives you a 40% chance to generate an additional Rage point when you deal melee damage.
Protection Talents (12 points)
Shield Specialization - 5/5 points
Increases your chance to block attacks with a shield by 5%.
Toughness - 5/5 points
Increases your armor value from items by 10%.
Improved Taunt - 2/2 points
Increases the effectiveness of your Taunt ability by 20%.
Here is what I think is a pretty balanced warrior build. From what I am reading the 12 points in the protection line is the bare minimum you need to tank the higher level instances. Unbridled Wrath in the Fury line is awesome for building rage in any stance.
This build does not include Mortal Strike simply because in order to tank effectively you need to use 1hand/shield. Now you could drop Unbridled Wrath and use those 5 points for MS but you would be loosing ALOT of rage buildup, which you need for tanking.
Improved Rend - 3/3 points
