I'm getting terrible d/l speeds for the beta client anything i can do to make it go faster?

the best i can do is to say close all the backround programs and such, ithe best speed i've gotten is anywhere from 20-50kb/sec... another thing you might want to do is try opening ports(assuming your using a router and all)... the ports which i opened to make it dl fast were 6881-6999, 3724, and 6112... thats all i know as to how to increase your dl speed, hope it helps

Use a 3rd party program to get the torrent of a site, some programs are azureus, bit tornado, bit comet shareaza(sp?) all you need to do once you have the progs is find a site thats hosting the torrent, which at times like this are listed on the WoW beta boards but mods delete them asap cause they want you to use blizz's downloader 4tehlose!!

i have azuras but how do i use that to get the torrent and what site do you i look off of?

Load up Az, click the open URL button, once you have the required website to get the torrent from put the site in the lil pop up box and thats it, hit the button that looks like |> the play symbol and your gtg.

whats a website i could use?

Like i said youd have to check the WoW general forums when things like patches or the like occur, try googling wow beta file or wow beta torrent or something along the line.
