In general, In Daoc raids where made est because I guess that was the standard. In wow since servers are time specific It makes sense to do things based on the specfic time table
EST to eastcoast servers
CST to central servers
Euro for Euro servers
PST for PAcific servers
So whats to stop the pst folks other than bwc and bwc in general from using the pst time frame to do things. which in intself causes problems.
because anything pst is alot later est and euro.
So as examples
<Alliance> Onxiya Raid: 8pm PST 11 est um kinda late
<Alliance> Raid on Stormwind 9pm PST 12am um kinda late
etc. So meh I guess. Like I said If i hear the
"ohh your never on when we go pvp blah blah ad nausem"
well there ya go.

ya one of the reasons i wouldnt enjoy wow, i have school/work and staying up till 2 am then having to wake up at 7 am isnt going to work.

Choosing west coast as the server is one of the dumbest things this guild has ever done. I'm just baffled by the decision. East coasters, and even more so the euro's, are going to be majorly impacted by this, FAR FAR FAR more than west coast on east.
Oh well, most of the people in jax wanted to go alliance anyways (well, more to the point, there are several who refuse to play horde at all) so it doesn't impact me a great deal, just makes it difficult to have an alt with you guys. I'll be logging out at 7-8pm pst, and will never have the oppertunity to participate in major activities.
Not everyone in the guild is jobless or stays up all night.

I dont understand, ppl in daoc were planning thier play time on what time it was on the server? Guess it doent matter much, seeing as how I am the last one in the US with dialup, my server decision has been made for me.
