My proposed Warlock Spec -- Long

Ok everyone...let me know what you think of this offensive/defensive template:
Affliction Talents (23 points)
<B><U>Improved Corruption</B></U> - 5/5 points
Reduces the casting time of your Corruption spell by 2 seconds.
Corruption - RANK 6 - Corrupts the target, causing 666 damage over 27 seconds.
Cast time: 2.0 seconds
Cast time (2.0) – Improved Corruption (2.0) = 0

<B><U>Improved Life Tap</B></U> - 2/2 points
Increases the amount of Mana awarded by your Life Tap spell by 20%.
Life Tap - RANK6 - Converts 420 health into 420 mana.
420 x .20 = 84
84 + 420 = 504
<B>Total mana = 504</B>
Comments: 84 points may mean the difference between life and death...

<B><U>Improved Drain Life - 5/5 points</B></U>
Increases the Health drained by your Drain Life spell by 10%.
Drain Life - RANK6 - Transfers 71 health every second from the target to the caster. Lasts 5 seconds.
Drain Life (71) x 5 seconds = 355
355 X Improved Drain Life (.10) = 390.5
<B>Total hitpoints = 390.5</B>
Comments: These extra hitpoints (as small as they be) may also mean the difference between life and death...

<B><U>Fel Concentration - 5/5 points</B></U>
Gives you a 70% chance to avoid interruption caused by damage while channelling the Drain Life, Drain Mana, or Drain Soul spell.

Increases the effect of your next Curse of Weakness or Curse of Agony by 50%, or your next Curse of Exhaustion by 20%.
<U>Curse of Weakness</U> - <B>RANK 6</B> - Damage caused by the target is reduced by -31 for 2 minutes. Only one Curse per Warlock can be active on any one target.
Curse of Weakness (-31) x Amplify Curse (.50) = 15.5
31 + 15.5 = 46.5
<B>Total = 46.5</B>
<U>Curse of Agony</U> - <B>RANK 6</B> - Curses the target with agony, causing 1035 damage over 30 seconds. This damage is dealt slowly at first, and builds up as the Curse reaches its full duration. Only one Curse per Warlock can be active on any one target.
Curse of Agony (1035) x Amplifiy Curse (.50) = 517.5
1035 + 517.5 = 1552.50
<B>Total damage = 1552.50</B>
Comments: The casting time on these curses is 0!

Increases the range of your Affliction spells by 20%.

Reduces the target's speed to 90% of normal for 12 seconds. Only one Curse per Warlock can be active on any one target.

Increases the speed reduction of your Curse of Exhaustion by 10%.
Comments: This is the only snare we get (to my knowledge) and it's it good to have a backup plan (for melee in your face) when fear won't work. Snare/Run/Nuke

<B><U>Demonic Embrace - 5/5 points</B></U>
Increases your total Stamina by 15%, but reduces your total Spirit by 5%.
Comments: That 5% deduction is worth 15% of your total stamina IMHO.
Undead have high spirit anyway.

Increases the amount of Health restored by your Healthstone by 20%.
Creates a Major Healthstone that can be used to instantly restore 1200 health. Conjured items disappear if logged out for more than 15 minutes.
Major Healthstone - Major (1200) x Improved Healthstone (.20) = 240
1200 + 240 = 1440
Total HPs = 1440

<B><U>Improved Shadow Bolt - 5/5 points</B></U>
Your Shadow Bolt critical strikes increase the next 4 sources of Shadow damage dealt to the target by 20%.

Reduces the Mana cost of your Destruction spells by 2%.

<U>Shadow Bolt</U> – <B>RANK 9</B> – Sends a shadowy bolt at the enemy, causing 455 to 507 shadow damage.
Castime: 3.0
Castime (3.0) – Bane (.05) = 2.5
<B>New castime = 2.5 seconds</B>
<U>Immolate</U> – <B>RANK 7</B> – Burns the enemy for 258 damage and then an additional 485 damage over 15 seconds.
Castime: 2.0
Castime (2.0) – Bane (.05) = 1.5
<B>New castime = 1.5 seconds</B>

Increases the critical strike chance of your Destruction spells by 5%.

Instantly blasts the target with 87 to 99 Shadow damage. Requires 1 Soul Shard. If the target dies from Shadowburn, and yields experience, the caster gains a Soul Shard.
