Why can't we allow often played alts in real guild?

I mean seriously, it's stupid as hell logging on and seeing 0 people in my guild. No one plays their alts in the alt guild and it's just frustrating when I can't find anyone else online. I made a PRIEST (didn't we need more?) and it's now level 15 and I've been playing it a ton more than Mexal cause a friend of mine just started up the game so we play together. But I can't talk to the people I generally talk to in the guild cause I'm in the alt guild WHERE NO ONE EVER LOGS ON.

I know the rule is once I get to 60 on Mexal I can move an alt to the real guild but I mean, I don't have any plans on leveling Mexal to 60 yet. I'm in no rush to do so. I know there are a bunch of people in the 20s who would make good playing partners but since I can't have an alt there, I can't play with them. I know the quests from 1-48; don't you think I could be helping them speed through them if they wanted? It just makes no sense to have this alt guild that no one participates in. It's a waste of my time to even be in it.

Should I just find a new guild for my alt until I decide to get Mexal to level 60?

Also, one more thing about this. Maybe I'm on my alt leveling and someone around Mexals level wants to do an instance. Because I'm not in the real guild, I have no way of knowing so my focus has to be entirely on one character or the other. I can't hop from one character to another cause I have to specifically log off Ineluki, log on Mexal and ask instead of catching the chat and volunteering to go.

Anyone else find this a problem or is it just me?

on my guild in blackrock, i invited all my storage bots to guild too :)

makes it easier to just delve my bot items into guild chat and have people yell up if they need it.

We will make exceptions. There are reasons and I don't mind talking to you 1:1 about it.

We'll invite your alt based on a exception.

well, in bwc lore (aka CoE.. hehe) we invited everyone's alts, the guild became huge, we all lost track of who was who.

then when we had a few bad seeds, we'd kick them, and they'd still have alts in the guild we had forgotten about / lost track of.

even if we were keeping track of all the alts, it just takes 1 clerical error to have a problem.

I also noticed this problem.
I started with a shaman, I like the shaman fine and he was my main in the guild.
But after grouping with Superhelix, I wanted to try a Mage. :D

So I made a Mage alt and joined the Alt guild.... Horrible. No one was EVER on in the alt guild. And if anything was going on with the guild (Groups,Trades,Items, whatever) I missed out on due to the fact I could not talk to the guild unless I sent one of them a tel.

The mage is now lvl 26, With 180 Tailoring. last night When super was on. I traded my main out to the mage so I could again participate in the guild chat. but that means if I was to play the shaman he will be in the boat the mage was.

I think the Alt guild would be a decent idea, If WoW had some form of alliance chat so the 2 guilds could still communicate. but as it is right now. The ALT guild is just about useless. And I can see why someone would just join a different guild with an alt.

I'm in no Rush to 60, And I like having alts. call me crazy.

So just make a channel called BWCA and join it with your mains and your alts and use that as a guild chat instead of guild chat?

I Don't really know anything about making channels, Would that be a permenent Channel? would everyone in the guild Be in it?

would you have to join it each time you logged in?
