OMG...

I've spent most of my weekend camping an artifact encounter, Cloudsong. I understand a certain patch (1.74) restricted the respawn timer for Cloudsong but 36 hours?!?!

I'm going to go insane. (shut up Tingtong, I still enjoy DAoC)

So I spoke to a CSR on my 37th hour of camping. And he was quoting blah blah 1.74 patch notes and he wouldn't divulge when the encounter was last respawned and he wouldn't respawn it.

It seems artifacts respawn faster on clustered servers than Merlin, Lancelot. A few friends play on Alb Iseult, and Eramai was up on Bors and Iseult. On Hib Perc, Croc Ring, Danos, Scepter (those artifacts listed in 1.74) were ALWAYS up.

Again, I'm about to go insane. :/

ROFL seriously....

3 server cluster was always nice when I was on Pellinor, Granted Cloudsong was somewhat rare there too... But you could always buy it for cheap or wait an hr or so before it was up again. You just have bad luck with farmers IMO.

Funny story !

So I find the mob this morning. I have the music box etc. I call a farmer friend to help me kill it for credit. And...at 10% I give him the music box and didn't talk to mob again... (ala same situation Matt had many months ago) and didn't get credit. Ah, I keeeel myself.

At least I know its just me versus the farmers now, not complaining about spawn timers anymore

and cs is a pita all over since patch just with clustered servers you have a better chance of finding it up on at least one of them depends on how many pharmers are out on your luck finding it up =/


but on that note wts 3 CS cloaks on gala ! and 1 on merlin

Nilbert: I stopped playing Hib Percimue because I didn't really get along with 2 people (and they were the GMs), 1 person I wanted to play with went back to WoW and it was pretty much a lame situation. Any type of leveling was on my own but if I rolled an enchanter, mana eld, druid, bard or animist, it was auto-PL (1 guy rerolled to mana eld and he got 50 to 3 days with the scroll farming and PL, while a bm and I struggled to get through the instance tasks during the time). So, it wasn't worth it for me to stay (even though they said they wanted me to play a banshee at the beginning...I wanted to play a druid for 8 man)

I have a 46 banshee just sitting there (with hardly any gear). Ah I remember 1 episode: Me: Can we do traldors? I have the scrolls. No answer. No answer. No answer. Druid in guild: Can we do Egg of youth, GoV, and Scepter? I still need to get scrolls but I want to do an artifact raid. GM 1: Let me load up animist. GM 2: I'll get my bard and warden. Guildmate 4: I'll come with animist. So yeah...But I know Himmlischer and Jahlria play there, I know what guild they are in, and they will hook us up. Although, I'm enjoying Merlin again.

im playing with my alb guild there atm all of us are 45-50. Might be able to do some things together sometime if you want. They're mainly rvr'ers and do well in keeps/towers/sieging. They are pretty bad at open field so they're not really the 1337 ganker types. Here is herald info:

I'm still playing on Mid/Merlin. Left for like 4 weeks awhile ago, but am back. Just spent a bunch of time getting my Skald to 50, and arti'd out. Started running around last night with the Skald and BD to get some RP. Speed 5 is just great, just have to get used to playing 2 chars in RvR, which I haven't really done since duoing my BD/Healer back in OF.

Only people really on are Snodiug, and Eirene now. Having fun running in small groups/soloing, and might eventually find some 8v8 guild, but for now its nice to be able to log on, and just start playing.

pretty shitty they were playing favorites on helping deck toons out thats just fuckin stupid to do , it's to bad you guys didn't start out on bors cluster instead coulda hooked ya up then have animists fop bots and light ment there to help out

merlin is kinda blah for 8vs8 cus lately you just run into the same few groups over and over =/
