Are there still respec stones?

I read about the new in-game respec purchases. Level 50 costs are pretty high. Did that replace the respec stone drops or is it just an added respec method?

It's added, you can still get full respecs from Dragon Raids, or TG, but no one really goes to TG anymore (That will probably change on the new server).

The respec stones are actually pretty cheap by "current" standards. On the regular servers, many chars have at least 50p, and most scrolls/hard to get artifacts cost about that too.

I think I spent something like 130-140p on my Skald on gear.

Wow, I remember having 80-90 platinum on Merlin and thinking it was a lot. I wasted about 60 on 2 for 1 transfer (I got 30, in return) to Mordred, this time last year.

I left about 7 platinum on my Merlin house merchant; I wonder if my house will still be there tonight.
