Can we set up uber-riffic recruitment guidelines like the mid BWC guys? 'cause I wanna be 1337 like Ting!

He missed one big thing imo.

Playtimes.

Doesn't help much if someone plays 30 hours a week, between the hours of 4 am and 12 am EST, when everyone else is on primetime, heh.

Which basically works like this, play your class whatever class it maybe play your times whatever times they maybe.

But whatever class and whatever time you play

PLAY THE VERY BEST you can.

I think thats fair enough theres more to it but i do not remember it.
