With me and tony as healers and everyone listed above + new recruits we should have NO Problem Fielding a 8-man everynight. Truthfuly I can see 2 8-man's with everyone who has been on.
If you can't make it this weekend or got shit to do np, RL shit happens and takes priority over video games. I will run a few more scheduled plvl sessions before I get rid of the sm's but after that everyone is expected to be 50.
All threw next week we will focus on Quests and getting people outfitted as well.

Please describe what you plan to do for end game (when all or most are 50.) I am not criticizing; I just want to know so I can decide what to do (might go to Hibernia or Albion side.) I do not care about powerleveling, so I do not mind not be invited to it. I like leveling with my shaman because it is much more loot that way, plus it gives the server time to have readily available crafters. But I already have an over RR7, ML10 savage, on Merlin and one on Mordred, so it makes little sense for me to make another one here, if I will just have to look for pick-up groups.
Again, I am not criticizing the guild or trying to tell you how to play, I was just under the impression that all were welcome and we would run multiple 8v8 groups. I liked the idea of no TOA, decreasing the caster’s advantage, so I came with you here. Now based on how the powerlevleing is being entertained,and as you wrote above (can see, as in possibly, two 8v8 groups run) it appear you will only be running one 8v8 group, around your core members, with the rest of us having to look for pick-up groups or short term filling spots for you when core people are not here. Which is actually not that bad, as I got to RR6 on Merlin doing that, occasionally filling spots for Ascendancy and other 8v8 guilds, before joining them but I do not want to do it here, as a savage again, so if you think there will mostly be only one 8v8 group, please let me know because I think I will go to Hibernia or Albion, for something different - if i have to wait for pick up groups, might as well play a new class, at least

we will have as many groups as we can make. the list of people who get PLed first has absolutely nothing with our endgame strategy. Tingtong just wants the newer members to know that the PL sessions will be going based on seniority. The way I understand it, we will have as many groups as we have skalds and healers.

Our 8-mans and plvl groups have and will be running in a first come first serve basis. The idea is to get people motivated to play and WANT to log on each and everyday because something will always be happening.
to be frank I have seen MANY MANY people log on into guilds and if nothing was happening or if they weren't grouped instantly when they loaded up they would just log. If people take more of a team player attitude I have no problems with rotating people or making second groups for more to come in who can't log on RIGHT when the grp is formed. If that means I have to log in a skald bot and make the second grp with my healer main then thats what will get done. I have no problems running a 11man grp for people who are on and out contributing.
If you on and playing there shouldn't be ANY reason you can't RvR with the guild. I know how Clicky some 8-mans get, were not that. But were not here to wipe asses either we only provide the toilet paper.

Are you getting that Armorcrafter all the way to LGM ?
Cause right now I dont have time to bring mine there, and dont have the cash. I will get it to 700 for now, then bring wood to 700 and be rvr ready. I need to gather my cash so I can buy my crafted armor and weapons.
I will probably level him more than 700 after I get to 50, but for now, I want to get to 50 and get some rvr.
And for levels, I am already close to 40.5, should get to 44 by friday, if it all goes well.
