Some ideas for our nightly groups..

Ok i've been thinking about how our groups are going lately. I know that by the time i'm on a lot of you are already sleeping but we seem to be getting a late night thing going pretty often. I also know i'm pretty new here so i'm not trying to say how we should run but just offering some suggestions. Tonight we got a second pug group running with us and did pretty well. In fact much better than we had been doing previous nights. It reminded me of things on mid/perc.. We had a great nightly leader who would lead our guild group but also encourage anyone else who wanted to run along to come with. This was only possible however by having a pretty large/strong alliance to pull pugs from. The biggest thing though was the name recognition he had and that when people knew he was leading many would happily AF and get RPs. I think what the server in general needs is a large alliance for people who aren't just going to 8v8 and be dicks by running away when you get into a fight with enemy realms. I feel that there are a lot of people on the server feeling the same way but just not breaking this fucking mood set by the GGs. Anyway.. I think what we should move towards is getting to know some of the people running pugs and start adding to our alliance. I know were probably already looking at getting something like this set up.. I just wanted to give my 2c.
One idea i had about this is maybe moving to a split 2g setup among the BWC members set up foundation of the 2 groups then pug in the rest. So instead of 1fg of BWC have 1/2 BWC rest pug-ins on 2 groups. It could be rough with some people who may not be the best at playing but you have to start learning somewhere. Also by doing this I think we could encourage new BWC members/alliance members if people see that we are out running a strong setup.
Ok i'm really just kinda rambling but I really needed to vent hehe
