Claim Permissions

Can the claim permissions be modified?

Right now they are set to rank 2, but Tiny, Devs and I took a tower last night, and didn't have permission to claim.

Can look into it, Tiny should be all accounts be able to take a tower np.

When I looked at it yesterday, only Rank 2 and higher could claim. Unfortuantely because I am not god I could not modify the Rank 3 permissions.

I fixed it last night, all office ranks can claim and release now.
