All good things end....I guess. Yesterday (oct 13), Erin (Daemic) had divorce papers served to me. The reasons are yet to be known other than a few main ones. We are both at fault, but she doesn't want to work it out. At all. No counseling. Needless to say I'm extremely heartbroken, depressed, and scared. I loved her too much.
I guess I wanted to let you guys of the DoG know. The people I met in Vegas and especially Jeff (Mourningblade), who knew both of us, as well as one person can via the internet and two personal meetings. Even tho we are just a gaming community, we have bonded a little in the three years I have gotten to know you guys. Sooo....I just wanted to let you guys know.
I have good friends and family. I'm a strong person, I'll handle it. For those who remember Aalto, he has kept me sane through the whole ordeal.
Anyway....I have rambled enough. And I am now ready for that GOOD cyber now.

wow Phil sorry to hear that bro you and Daem are both great peeps. I dont have any advice to give because I can't even begin to imagine your sorrow. Stay strong and keep us informed, maybe Daem will come to her senses and reconsider.

Sorry phil. I knew you both and im shocked as the next guy to hear this. I went through heartbreak as im sure everyone else has or will its not easy, but we are here for you bro. Broken hearts do heal give her some time without bugging or pestering and maybe she might come back someday. I learned the hard way that if you bug/pester youll only push them farther away.

Sorry to hear that mate. Have 3 RL friends going through very messy divorces at the moment and all I can say is their wives are absolutely ruthless in terms of seizing assets!!!
Get a good women lawyer and hope for the best.

Oh god. /sigh.
Hopefully will not get that ugly. I will someday post about it, but not right now. Were not "hating eachother yet, but Erin has been speaking very "Lawyer" like. Which could be scary.
I should get the served papers tomorrow. We'll see what happenes and go from there.
